SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped directly from Sydney, Australia via Courier and charge a flat rate per order. All orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of receiving order confirmation unless purchased as a pre-order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and unique tracking number to track the delivery of your goods. Please note that changes or cancellations of orders can only be made prior to receiving your shipping confirmation. 

All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please note -
We do not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm mon-fri.

When filling out your shipping details, please be sure to enter a valid email address and contact number. Once your order is in transit, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with any further instructions.

Australia - $15.00 AUD (2-3 business days)
All orders over $300 will receive free shipping within Australia
International (Outside Australia) - $35.00 AUD (4-6 business days)

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only for metropolitan areas, and commence from the date of dispatch. Some delays may be experienced for remote areas and this is out of our control. Moreover, we do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
